1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ggtaya," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the ggtaya online gaming platform accessible at ggtaya.org and all associated services.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on ggtaya or accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on ggtaya.
• "Platform" means the ggtaya website, mobile-optimized interface, and all games, features, and services made available thereon.
• "Funds" means any Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) balance held in a Player's ggtaya wallet, whether deposited or credited as a bonus.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive granted by ggtaya to a Player subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of ggtaya is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which are strictly enforced:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gaming.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of ggtaya complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ggtaya, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from ggtaya or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

ggtaya reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria will be suspended immediately and any Funds therein may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on ggtaya. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. ggtaya is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details, including your registered Philippine mobile number used for OTP verification.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any third party. ggtaya will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify ggtaya support immediately via live chat.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

ggtaya is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification and any other documentation requested by ggtaya as part of the KYC process. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ggtaya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱20. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the transaction.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are generally credited to your ggtaya wallet in real time or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. ggtaya is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed in the withdrawal section of your account. ggtaya reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the ggtaya account holder.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ggtaya complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities. You warrant that all Funds deposited into your ggtaya account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by ggtaya are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period specified in the promotion details. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• ggtaya reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Players may not combine bonuses unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on ggtaya – including live casino tables, slots, bingo rooms, sports betting, and online sabong – are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules.

ggtaya uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by any party. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers under real-time supervision. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, ggtaya reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account.

Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting tools, or engage in any form of cheating will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all Funds.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ggtaya and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts, whether personally or through third parties.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the ggtaya Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ggtaya staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your ggtaya account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ggtaya Platform – including but not limited to the ggtaya name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, and user interface design – is the exclusive intellectual property of ggtaya or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ggtaya.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ggtaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

ggtaya's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ggtaya does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

10. Responsible Gaming

ggtaya is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The Platform is strictly for entertainment purposes and must not be used as a source of income or financial relief. Gaming involves risk, and you should never wager more than you can comfortably afford to lose.

ggtaya provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform.

11. Suspension & Termination

ggtaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any competent authority.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination for cause, ggtaya reserves the right to forfeit any Funds remaining in the account. Upon voluntary account closure by the Player, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

ggtaya operates in compliance with PAGCOR regulatory guidelines. Players acknowledge that the Platform is intended for use within the Philippines and that ggtaya makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in other jurisdictions.

13. Amendments

ggtaya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using ggtaya and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
